Mandrel Bending- Pipe

Mandrel bent pipe can achieve tighter curvature than section bent pipe. It's commonly used as heating and cooling coils, ballards, roll bars and in complex, multi-bend shapes.

This table shows the tightest curvature generally achievable. These figures are nominally based on 300 grade steel, and should be interpreted as indicative only.
