Section Bending-Universal Column

This structural section has wide application in buiding and industrial uses, similar to the universal beam. Smithweld was proud to be involved in the footscray train station footbrige project which required universal column curved to an extremely tight radius.

This table shows the tightest curvature generally achievable. These figures are nominally based on 300 grade steel, and should be interpreted as indicative only.
